Executive Director (Full-Time)

We are seeking the Lord to add to our staff team the role of Executive Director.  

This strategic position is responsible for the oversight and management of the church’s financial management, human resources, facilities, communications, information technology (IT), and operational functions. The Executive Director will work closely with the Lead Pastor, staff, and Board of Elders to ensure staff alignment with the mission, vision, and values of Chantilly Bible Church.  As a member of Chantilly Bible Church’s staff team, the Executive Director will uphold the Staff Values in fulfilling their role and responsibilities.

Chinese Ministry Pastor (Full-Time)

We are seeking the Lord to add to our staff team the role of Chinese Ministry Pastor.  

This position will oversee the vision and execution of our Chinese discipleship ministry in cohesive partnership with the overall discipleship vision of Chantilly Bible Church.  This position, in conjunction with the pastoral staff, will serve as the lead pastoral oversight of our Chinese ministry programs. The Chinese Ministry Pastor will help fulfill CBC’s mission by welcoming, discipling and integrating members from the Chinese culture into the life and family of Chantilly Bible Church. As a member of Chantilly Bible Church’s staff team, the Chinese Ministry Pastor will uphold the Staff Values in fulfilling their role and responsibilities.
