Long Range Planning Survey
The elders and the Long Range Planning Team (LRPT) have been working over the past month to develop a plan for next steps for our church. The purpose of the plan is to help clarify God's unique calling for CBC and to create a decision framework for future decisions on ministry, resources, and staff. As part of this, the LRPT is inviting all who attend the church to participate in a survey to measure church demographics and participation in the CBC practices of Gather, Grow, Give, Go.
