 Helping Hands Ministry is a ministry to provide meals for those in our church body who have recently experienced a new birth/illness/surgery. Meals are provided by other church member who live in the same geographical area as the person/family requiring the meal.We lead busy lives but we want to help. Providing a meal for a family that has just had a baby, surgery, or a life-crisis is a practical way to help... to put feet and hands to the body of Christ. We are not looking for fabulous cooks; we're looking for willing hearts and hands. We are always looking for new volunteers! When a need arises in your geographical area, you will receive a phone call. If it works out with your schedule to provide a meal on a specific day, you will then make and deliver the meal to the family. |
